To make a claim on your GAP insurance policy, please contact the claim administrator on 0330 111 3998.

If you wish to make a claim on an Excess Protection policy, please call 0330 111 3093.

If you have a live GAP insurance policy and you're changing your vehicle whilst our office is closed over the festive period, you may purchase a new GAP insurance policy for the new vehicle online, starting here. The cancellation of and refund of unused premium from an existing policy, will be processed once normal service resumes.
