Will my cover be affected?
GAPinsurance is the original independent provider of GAP insurance in the UK and as such our we are well positioned, secure and have the resilience to be able to continue despite the current economic uncertainty.
We take our business seriously and, regardless of the recent arising situation, have always considered and planned ample contingency should there be any interruption to business.
Service as usual?
Thankfully, the nature of our business means that we are able to work remotely therefore our regular service will be maintained. Please note that this does not mean that your personal information is at risk, we operate from a highly secure encrypted cloud system which stores all policy information and call recordings.
Our promise
Despite the very real threat to the economy, our commitment to our customers, employees and stakeholders remains unchanged. It is likely that, due to the impact Covid-19 will have on car manufacture and the financial and personal lives of our customers, our industry will be directly impacted. However, we will shoulder this and promise that jobs are secure and our usual service maintained.
